Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using flowvaultai.com (the "Site") or purchasing any product from FlowVault AI ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing the Site or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

FlowVault AI is an independent education company that creates and sells digital guides, prompt libraries, and related educational materials to help individuals and businesses use AI tools more effectively. We are based in Moldova.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase products from this Site. By making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Our Products

FlowVault AI sells digital, downloadable products, including but not limited to:

• Educational guides ("Knowledge Vaults") covering AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and others
• Prompt libraries and prompt templates
• Checklists, cheat sheets, and related reference materials
• A subscription tier ("Vault+"), where available, providing ongoing access to a growing library of content

All products are delivered digitally (download link and/or email delivery). No physical goods are shipped.

4. Educational Purpose Only — Not Professional Advice

Our products, including any content related to business, finance, legal, healthcare, or other professional niches, are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional advice. Prompts and guides are meant to help you use AI tools more effectively — they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional in the relevant field. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and using any AI-generated output at your own discretion and risk.

5. Third-Party AI Tools

Our products reference and provide prompts for use with third-party AI tools (including but not limited to ChatGPT by OpenAI, Claude by Anthropic, Gemini by Google, Perplexity, DeepSeek, Grok by xAI, ElevenLabs, and Higgsfield). FlowVault AI is an independent company and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of these companies. All product and company names mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners, used for identification purposes only.

We do not control, and are not responsible for, the availability, pricing, functionality, output quality, or terms of use of any third-party AI tool. Your use of any third-party tool is governed by that tool's own terms of service.

6. Purchases, Pricing & Payment

• Prices are displayed in EUR unless otherwise stated and may change at any time without notice; the price at the time of purchase is the price you pay.
• Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor(s) via Shopify. We do not store your full payment card details.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes, unless already included in the displayed price.
• Order confirmation and delivery instructions will be sent to the email address provided at checkout — please ensure it is entered correctly.

7. License to Use Our Products

When you purchase a product from FlowVault AI, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for your personal or internal business use only.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

• Resell, redistribute, share, or publish our products (in whole or in part) — including uploading them to prompt marketplaces, file-sharing sites, or public repositories
• Claim authorship of, or rebrand, our content as your own
• Use our products to create a competing product substantially derived from our content
• Share your download link or purchased files with people who have not purchased the product

You may:

• Use the prompts and templates in your own personal or business work, including in client work and commercial output you create using them
• Print or save a personal copy for your own use or for your employees
• Quote short excerpts with attribution (e.g., for a review or social media post)

We reserve the right to revoke access for violations of this license.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within our products — including text, prompts, design, graphics, logos, and the "FlowVault AI" name and branding — is owned by FlowVault AI or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that content to you; you receive only the limited license described in Section 7.

9. Free Products & Email List

Some products (such as our free Workflow Pack) are offered at no cost in exchange for your email address. By downloading a free product, you consent to receive email communications from us, including product updates and offers. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send. 10. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, our sales are generally final. Full details, including limited exceptions and your rights as an EU/EEA consumer, are set out in our separate [Return & Refund Policy], which forms part of these Terms.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users' accounts
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Site
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or copy content from the Site without permission

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our products will produce any specific result, income, or outcome — results from applying the strategies and prompts in our guides depend on your own effort, context, and use of third-party AI tools.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowVault AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence, or mandatory consumer protections available in your jurisdiction.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FlowVault AI harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our products.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or to purchased products, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms — including violations of the license terms in Section 7.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Effective date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence (including EU/EEA consumer law, where applicable). Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be addressed through good-faith direct communication with our support team before any formal proceeding.
