1. No Physical Shipping

FlowVault AI sells digital products only — guides, prompt libraries, checklists, and related educational materials. Nothing is printed or physically shipped. There are no shipping fees, no tracking numbers, and no packages to receive.

2. How You'll Receive Your Product

After your purchase is completed, you will receive your product through one or both of the following:

• Instant download — a download link provided immediately on the order confirmation/thank-you page after checkout.
• Email delivery — a confirmation email sent to the email address you provide at checkout, containing your download link(s).

Please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout — this is how we deliver your product and any updates to it.

3. Delivery Time

Digital delivery is instant. In rare cases, the confirmation email may take a few minutes to arrive depending on your email provider. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 minutes, see the troubleshooting steps below.

4. Didn't Receive Your Product?

If you completed your purchase but haven't received your download:

1. Check your spam/junk/promotions folder — confirmation emails are sometimes filtered there.

3. Check your order confirmation page — your download link may already be there.

5. Availability Worldwide

Because our products are delivered digitally, they are available to customers anywhere in the world with an internet connection. There are no customs forms, import duties, or regional shipping restrictions — digital delivery works the same everywhere.

6. Vault+ Subscription

If you subscribe to Vault+ (where available), access is delivered digitally through your account/download area for as long as your subscription is active. New or updated content is made available the same way, with no separate "shipment" required.

7. Access to Your Purchases

We recommend saving your downloaded files in a safe location. If you lose access to a file you've purchased, contact us at inbox.flowvaultai@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help you regain access.
